The Rule of Law. Why it is Beyond Politics, Elections, and Protests.

This is my response to those who still don't 'get it' yet and continue to stay on hampster wheels, while continuing to feed false paradigms, as if elections, marches, and protests will resolve anything substantial. They won't. And aren't meant to.

What the people at ground zero see at the bottom of the false pyramid is the political 'right' and 'left', and yes, that includes 'center' (Libertarian)!

These political divisions(essentially important to those in power), keep the people in a constant state of disunity with each other, and compartmentalizes peoples minds to believe that such a thing as political left, right, and center are what in fact comprise our political body, when it certainly does not have to.

The false political 'left', being large bloated govt that steals people's property through force and 'distributes' it according to political whims at the same time making people morally complicit in the stealing, causing unconscious guilt and conspicuous silence when it comes time to charge politicians with corruption, vs. the false political 'right', that is supposed to be limited govt that allows people to keep more of their property to generate a greater 'free market', (even though when they are in power, we notice it is still bloated govt that still steals people's property through force while there is still a monopolized mafia market).

And a political 'center', though closer to the rule of law, but still avoids 'mentioning it', so it doesn't count. LOL.

This is completely 'false' and used to control millions of people made to feel impotent by those few at the top of their false pyramid.

'The people' are only impotent because they forget the 'rule of law'.

What is 'rule of law'?

Unless I am incorrect, In Canada and Britain, it is the British Common law based upon the Magna Carta.

In the USA, it is Constitutional law (that incorporated some British and French Common law), but has importantly been founded upon a 'new' spirit of the law, The Declaration of Independence, that sets the record straight once and for all that each individual human being are sovereign, NOT just Kings, and provided a remedy of what a sovereign people must do if their government becomes a 'tyrant' and refuses to recognize individual sovereignty.

Here in the USA, the sovereign people will know the government is a tyrant when 'the people' petition the government for redress of violations to the Constitution under the first amendment (the Mother of All Rights), and are met with contempt and injury. If that happens, then it is time for 'the people' to non-violently, take back their country under the rule of law.

That will require the organization of merely 5% of the entire population to 'move society' back to the rule of law. Supposedly, that ought to cause the critical mass needed in order to over throw a 'regime'. That is the dream.

In the USA, a Continental Congress has now taken place last November by the people of our 'free' democratic Republic in 2009. The results are the resolutions to 14 egregious violations to our rule of law, 'Articles of Freedom', the works of the Continental Congress 2009.

This rule of law is blind to any political left, right or center. It just is. Which means everyone is 'under' the law and according to the law will be prosecuted so long as the people will know the law! The people must know the law in order for the political left, right, and center, to go away and lose its false 'social' validity.

When people 'know the law', they know their sovereign, unalienable Rights. They see the left/right/center paradigm as absolutely ridiculous and crazy, because its false, and is only artificially propped up by 'mass behavior' that is indoctrinated in the false paradigm schools funded by those very folks who benefit by a left/right/center paradigm.

The political left, right, and center, is a form of insanity because it never 'resolves' anything substantial for 'the people'.

It causes people to continue to behave and do the same thing over and over again while NEVER actually achieving any 'sane' results like: recognition of our sovereignty within the entire bicameral system, electing true representation based upon the rule of law, holding elected servants accountable so our sovereign, unalienable Rights and property are thus secured and enforced by 'the system'. This would be 'true' representation. That is NOT what we have and what we ought to strive for if we are to be a mostly un-infringed people who can finally live in a sane, peaceful, prosperous, co-existence with one another.

Those at the top usurped the money machine that prints $ out of thin air and tells all of us what it's worth conveniently as how much they want their own assets to be worth.

Because they print the 'money' they own and operate most of the entire world's markets, so they buy soldiers, cops and politicians. There is no capitalism because all the capital generated by real labor is sucked up into their system to them and is replaced with 'credit' for us who do the laboring in perpetuity to pay a debt that is impossible to pay off..

It is a David and Goliath situation. The key is to 'know the law' as a citizen, in its basic form and take it from there. THAT is the ONLY real thing that terrifies these handful of psychopathic parasites who have usurped controlling power.

If the people were to know the law and begin organizing rule of law education, then plan in unison, enmasse, non-violent economic sanctions against this false government, and other non-violent civic strike actions, it would be game over for them and they know it.

However, those arrogant few at the top who manage the world seem to wager against this happening though.

Their real 'security' relies on believing millions of people are far too drunk on drugs, booze, porn, vaccinations, bad information, education, professional sports, poor diet, tv, and false political paradigms to ever figure out the rule of law, unalienable Rights, and their sovereignty.

That is why I am with the rule of law and represent Articles of Freedom.

It is David and Goliath for sure. But it can preserve one's sanity even if you have to be on that hampster wheel for a while longer.

The huge burden of responsibility lies entirely on people like myself (if we choose), to get the knowledge of law to these 5% who DO want to know and have some inkling. In other words, we only try to reach those who are already 'inclined' to know this, the others it doesn't matter, we trust they will catch on later.

Such is the true burden of liberty! If its meant to be.

Articles of Freedom - MN State Capitol Ceremony April 19th videos

On the bottom of this page and the links below in this article, are you tube videos of the Minnesota Ceremony held at our State Capitol.

'Articles of Freedom', the works of the Continental Congress 2009, 'of the people, for the people, by the people', was consecrated on the steps of each 50 State Capitols in various ceremonies all simultaneous as to time zones this past Monday, April 19th!

The Articles of Freedom is our ONLY Constitutional remedy left to us that was thoughtfully, legally, and diligently prepared now in our country, provided 'the people' will sign the pledge online, will return our country to the rule of Constitutional law.

It is a 65 page document that 'instructs' our elected servants to cease and desist anything that they may be involved in legislatively that does not derive its authority from our Supreme laws (both State and Federal Constitutions). Now that all elected servants have been served and 'put on notice', they are each being watched for their behaviors. Watchdog committees are being organized all across the country in each State. It calls for the nullification of all 'unconstitutional' legislation going back 100 years!

If, over a period of time they continue 'business as usual', non-violent civic actions are recommended in the form of financial sanctions, provided a goodly millions of Americans sign the pledge and fulfill their due diligence to stand with their Constitutions for USA and State Constitutions.

This is a legal and constitutional due process record that 'the people' have exhausted all civil means of remedy according to our Declaration of Independence. (14 years of petitioning our servant government for redress of grievances of 14 egregious violations to our Constitution for USA, and State Constitutions going back almost 100 years, under the First Amendment and were consistently met with contempt by the Supreme Court of USA).

Enough is enough. No more petitioning. No more protests. No more dead end activism. This is beyond elections, politics and tea parties. The moral line has now been drawn and it is up to each and every American to sign the pledge in support of Articles of Freedom. I urge all Americans who understand the rule of law to get involved.

Below are the videos of the Minnesota Ceremony at the State Capitol April 19th last Monday for Articles of Freedom. These ceremonies were simultaneously held across all 50 State Capitols at the same time according to their time zones! All elected servants have been served their copies of AoF.

Now, all that is needed to complete this phase and hold our elected servants accountable to their sworn oaths and proving our vigilance, is the 'due diligence' of at least 10 - 15 million signatures of American citizens to the Articles of Freedom online. This represents 5% of the entire U.S. population. This will create the critical mass needed for civic actions to take place, if need be.

Daunting.

Indeed, it is the only civil, non-violent way we have right now to return our entire bicameral system back under the rule of law..

Let us show them that not only can we get way over their 10,000 signatures required, but importantly, we have a duty to show those covertly serving other masters that we have over 15 million signatures supporting Articles of Freedom country wide, and will be willing and ready to withhold financial support from a tyrant servant government once those numbers are achieved!

Lets circle our wagons morally, non-violently, and legally. Enough is enough. This requires your duty to circulate this widely as the 'un-free' press will never cover this.

Update on the Continental Congress 2009

The Continental Congress 2009 has now completed the final resolutions called, 'Articles of Freedom' for downloading and the opportunity for those Americans who feel it is time to hold our government accountable, while restoring our Constitutional Republic through peaceful means, to sign the petitions and pledge:

The following link is a webinar with Bob Schultz who successfully spearheaded the Continental Congress 2009, giving us his story of his career background which led to his involvement in 'watching' the government.

He verbally documents the legal actions he was involved in over the decades to end corruption and attempting to restore the government to its Constitutional limitations.

Currently, after 14 years of grievances petitioned to the government and each one ignored, it was decided through the efforts of the 'We The People Foundation' that a formal Continental Congress take place to redress our government going back decades. This successfully took place in November, 2009.

Final resolutions called, 'Articles of Freedom' that formally list all egregious violations of the Constitution with 'instructions' to the government and what will occur if these instructions are not honored. The concept for this CC is Mahatma Ghandi's three point criteria that the people must meet in order to reclaim their country. He explains this in his webinar.

Formal presentation to all levels of government's elected officials will be made once 15 million Americans sign the pledge.

"The New 'Twilight Zone' -- Obama Declares Swine Flu Emergency"

I would like to pass this on to all people so we all can make informed decision on whether or not to take these untested H1N1 vaccines.

The president announced a pandemic emergency on the weekend but it appears that the science and the statistics simply do not reflect a pandemic of flu. It seems that the recommendations made by the Pharmaceutical multi-national corporations have been heavily biased to make sure everyone gets this untested vaccine.

They go into great depth in explaining how misinformation is being irresponsibly granted to these corporations to act as if we all should be on high alert even though the facts simply don't add up!

If anybody irresponsibly spread around an unconfirmed rumor, they would have to face the legal/civil consequences of their actions especially if what they said resulted in death or injury. We know nothing will be done to these current people involved in this.

Based upon statistics, and by the CDC DECLINING to share 'specific' information to all physicians, health care providers, or for any person's need to know about these alleged 'deaths' from swine flu that would indeed give a very different picture compared to what is being announced.

This is a very egregious misdeed done to the public. When CBC attempted to get detailed information from the CDC they actually declined to be transparent!!! How is this in the public's interest?

I am beginning to agree with Michael Badnarik when he said if he was elected president, the first thing he would do is order execution scaffolding to be build on the front lawn of the White House and begin the mass indictments, prosecutions, and sentencing to all those in the government who have committed crimes of treason, war crimes, bailouts, that led to the death, destruction and mass racketeering of Americans and foreigners from within our government.

He said you would see within a day how quickly everyone would suddenly become 'strict Constitutionalists and obey the law'!!!

Is Obama Poised To Cede United States Sovereignty?

On October 14, Lord Christopher Monckton, a noted climate change skeptic, gave a presentation at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. In this 4 minute excerpt from his speech, he issues a dire warning to all Americans regarding the United Nations Climate Change Treaty, scheduled to be signed in Copenhagen in December 2009. Lord Monckton served as a policy adviser to Margaret Thatcher. He has repeatedly challenged Al Gore to a debate to which Gore has refused. Monckton sued to stop Gore's film "An Inconvenient Truth" from being shown in British schools due to its inaccuracies. The judge found in-favor of Monckton, ordering 9 serious errors in the film to be corrected. Lord Monckton travels internationally in an attempt to educating the public about the myth of global warming.

Marc Emery's Prison 'Pot'cast - Episode #2

Marc Emery is not in jail just for selling pot seeds, believe it or not.

He is there because he poses a greater threat to those who oh so arrogantly rely upon slave mentality in the masses.

You see, Marc has a history going far back to the 70's. He always, always, came from a position of a 'sovereign' person in his writing and his speech, no matter what the issue.

He has never given off anything so odious as a slave mentality which feels it has to act manipulative and vie for favors from their 'master'.

That, my friends, truly threatens the 'unsound' reality in which we find ourselves.

THEY DO NOT WANT PEOPLE EMULATING HIM!!!!

Can you imagine what it would be like for all those who rely on the government and corporate welfare, including real drug criminals if the people animated their G-d given sovereignty???? Oh boy.

Animating sovereignty is one of the most revolutionary stands anyone can make and that is what Marc Emery embodies and has animated most of his life. He lives it. He breathes it. It forms the very foundation of all his thoughts, acts and deeds. He is an example for all.

He is a man embodying 'sovereign man'. Because he is sovereign, he is a responsible man and will never run from anyone who attempts to challenge his 'sovereignty'. This drives all these sons of Belial, crazy!!!! They want to bring him to his knees as a slave like everyone else and he won't do it and he is a 'way-shower' to others because of this.

Marc may be a champion for abolishing prohibition of drugs, but that is just one of his main focuses lately. The record will show he is consistent at abolishing ANYTHING that imposes ones will upon another.

That is truly working for justice because it is consistent. This is what they consider the most dangerous of all.

People out there, don't get all myopic about just drugs, this includes allllll impositions upon our sovereignty.

Sovereignty is inclusive of the term, 'The Right To Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness(read Destiny)' When one of these terms are removed from the other two, it is no longer 'sovereignty', it becomes a 'privilege'. A privilege means that one feels the must beg from those perceived to have 'power' over them. This is a fraudulent and false reality. These three terms make up a symbiotic alchemy that spells out what sovereignty is all about.

The ideas that were formed by the founding fathers of this country, even way back then, are still to this day just as revolutionary as they were back 230 years ago.

We have a template but have yet to live it fully in the spirit in which it was declared.

This may be worth keeping in mind everywhere in the world.
